Usage & Storage Instructions:

Usage:

1. Prep natural lashes with Lash Primer to remove oils and residue.
2. Apply extensions using professional adhesive following standard technique.
3. Finish with Lash Bonder to seal the bond and improve retention.
4. Allow lashes to set naturally.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep containers tightly closed when not in use.
• Avoid heat and humidity exposure.

Return Policy

At MEM Supply, we’re committed to delivering a seamless customer experience built on quality, trust, and long-standing industry standards. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety compliance, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, adhesives, PMU cartridges, pigments, brow tint, liquids, or any cosmetic products once opened or used.
• Products that include online training access are non-returnable and non-refundable once the training link or materials have been delivered.
• This applies only to select product combos that include training access.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Zurno at +1 888-887-8807 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Refunds or credits are issued after the product is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos so our team can drive a quick, solutions-oriented resolution.
